Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

No refund or cancellations on custom orders. Deposit payments can ONLY be used as store credit if the custom order hasn’t begun yet.

Insurance
Buyers are responsible for insurance prior to shipment. Please request “buyers protection” at an additional cost prior to shipment. Damaged paintings upon arrival or lost painting without insurance can not be refunded.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and Duty Tax
JE Art Gallery is NOT responsible for custom delays or holds. Every country differs with processing times. Buyers are responsible for any customs duty tax incurred upon entry into their country before delivery.
